Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the content SimulationFX operates a no refund policy. Therefore, all purchases made are understood to be final. Please note that only in exceptional circumstances will a return be accepted. If you believe you qualify for this, please send an email to sales@simulationfx.co.uk with a subject of Refund and your reasoning within the email, along with your relevant order information.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
